Form processing and hosting

Forms are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify), which stores submissions on our behalf. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be collected by the host for security.

This site may display ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party vendors. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
